1. Visit Aquinas

2. Apply for and confirm Financial Aid

  • File the FAFSA (December 1-May 1 priority dates) and include our school code (002239)
  • Apply for outside private scholarships (through community organizations, schools or websites like Fastweb and wearetheindependents.com)
  • Receive and review Financial Aid Award Notice (Any questions? Contact us!)

3. Commit to Aquinas

  • Submit Enrollment Deposit ($300 for students starting in August). Refundable until May 1. 
    • Application Portal - Credit/Debit (2.3% fee plus $0.30 per transaction fee) or ACH/checking account ($0.25 fee)
    • Phone - (616) 632-2864, to pay with Visa/MC/Discover Credit Card (2.55% fee)
    • Mail - Send check payable to Aquinas College to: Aquinas College, c/o Admissions Office, 1700 Fulton St. E, Grand Rapids, MI 49506
  • Register for STAR (Student Testing, Advising and Registration session)  - dates and registration coming soon!
  • Inform all other colleges/universities of your decision

4. Prepare for Aquinas

  1. Visit Aquinas
    • Personal Visit (Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., appointment and campus tour included)
  2. Apply for and confirm Financial Aid
    • File the FAFSA (December 1-May 1 priority dates)
    • Apply for outside private scholarships (through community organizations, schools, apps like Scholly or websites like Fastweb)
    • Receive and review Financial Aid Award Notice (Any questions? Contact us!)
  3. Review your transfer credit evaluation
  4. Commit to Aquinas

  5. Prepare for Aquinas
    • Complete your Housing Application if you plan to live on campus
    • Complete the First-Year or Transfer Advising Form - coming soon!
    • Submit final transcripts from prior institution
    • Submit Health Questionnaire
